Job Description
Develop & Manage social media content strategy, and editorial plan, and create content in various formats of social content, including but not limited to infographics, visual stories, video content, and
social media posts.
- Create catchy and persuasive copywriting for social media.
- Produce high-quality content that can communicate our brand values and products very well.
- Stay on top of trends in the creative industry, and food and beverage industry.
- Measure, report, and optimize social media metrics to grow our audience and engagement for business success.
- Play an active role in documenting and creating content to promote Rentjana Group internal and external events, partnerships, and collaboration stories.
- Develop content brief and work closely with creative team to create static, motion, and video content.
- Go the extra mile to understand our service, as well as the creative industry to be conveyed in content.
- Engage daily with inquiries coming from our social media channels, escalating issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to the team to support seasonal campaigns and evergreen content.
- Making monthly report for social media's performance
Requirement

- Excellent writing and communication skills both in Indonesian and English.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation and production, including static, motion, and video content.
- A natural collaborator who can partner across the company as well as externally to create solid relationships and insightful content.
- An outstanding attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills.
- Production savviness - you can create engaging content with limited budgets and timelines.
- Having the ability for documentation, photo and video editing to support content production process would be a plus.
- A passion for what we’re doing. You should be excited by Rentjana Group brand and its mission and values.
- Target oriented and able to work underpressure.
- Having excellent communication.
- Willing to be placed at South Jakarta.
