Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our video production projects, from conception to final delivery.
- Collaborate with executive producer and internal teams to develop project timelines, budgets, and creative briefs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with team members to ensure project goals and expectations are met
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and proactively seeksolutions to mitigate them
- Facilitate meetings with clients and team members to discuss project progress, issues, and solutions
- Manage project resources, including equipment, personnel, and materials
- Ensure quality control of all project deliverables
- Provide regular project updates and reports to executive producer
- Provide interesting ideas about the content to be created.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in project management in the creative production industry
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Indonesia - English is required)
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of video production and post-production work flows is a plus.
