Job Description

  • Buildstrategy & experiment plan on content creation across various digital channels
  • Develop social media content strategy, and editorial plan, and create content in various formats of social content, including but not limited to infographics, visual stories, video content, and social media posts.
  • Execute marketing plan and strategies tailored to local Indonesian
  • Develop strategies to support marketing goals
  • Brainstorm creative content ideas as well as executing them
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
  • Creative thinker and data-driven
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal or written
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Create catchy and persuasive copywriting for social media.
  • Always up with the latest trend!
  • Making monthly report for social media's performance


Requirement

  • Excellent writing and communication skills both in Indonesian and English.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation and production, including static, motion, and video content.
  • A natural collaborator who can partner across the company as well as externally to create solid relationships and insightful content.
  • An outstanding attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills.
  • Production savviness - you can create engaging content with limited budgets and timelines.
  • Having the ability for documentation, photo and video editing to support content production process would be a plus.

  • Target oriented and able to work underpressure.
  • Having excellent communication.
  • Willing to be placed at South Jakarta.
